I just purchased Web Snapper. How long do I have to wait until I receive my registered version?

Usually, just a matter of minutes. An email will be sent that contains your license information.

 

Okay, it's been a few minutes. I still haven't receive my email. What gives?

Sometimes, an overzealous spam filter will catch the email. Check your "Bulk" folder. If there's no joy to be found there, then drop us a line at Customer Service. We'll straighten things out for you in no time.

 

I purchased Red Snapper a while ago. How do I get the latest version?

We are offering a free upgrade to Web Snapper to those Red Snapper customers who forward us the email sent to them when they originally purchased Red Snapper. Be sure to use the same email address the email was sent to.

 

What's so special about Web Snapper?

Web Snapper is drag and drop simple. When you want to grab a page, you drag the URL and drop it onto the drop zone in Web Snapper (or the app icon in the dock) – it really could't be any simpler. With the 'Snapper, you can save pages as scalable/vector PDFs (we even preserve the links!), or in any of the image formats that are supported by MacOS X. If you want to make a multi-page PDF - simply drag and drop multiple URLs and then click the "Save to Multipage PDF".

 

How do I request new features?

When I buy Web Snapper, what upgrades am I entitled to?

You are entitled to all version of the 'app that are released within the same series – 1.1, 1.2, etc. are all the 1.x series.

 

How do I remove Web Snapper from my computer?

It's pretty easy. Just trash the Web Snapper app icon.
